Job Description

Unit 48 is an LSS group home in a "staircase model" with 8 residents and 7 employees. The schedule includes day/evening/weekend and on-call duties. Unit 48 is a RUA unit (Result Unit with Extended Responsibility), which means that as a care assistant with us, you have extra responsibility for, for example, the economy and personnel management at the unit.

As a care assistant at Unit 48's group home, you support and help residents with the planning and implementation of daily activities based on the individual and an individually designed implementation plan. The tasks include personal care, medication, shopping, cleaning, and laundry. There is also a lot of outdoor activity, walks, and various activities during the residents' free time.

The job involves some administrative tasks, so it is important that you have good computer skills. In addition to administration, documentation is an important task.

As staff, you work based on a professional and low-affective approach. The work involves collaboration with nurses, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists. You should have good contact with relatives and guardians.

With us, you participate in operational development, quality assurance, and competence development together with your colleagues.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a nurse assistant (undersköterska) or have other education that the employer considers equivalent. Computer skills and a B-driver's license are required. You must be able to plan your work and take initiative in organizing the work for the day or upcoming shifts. You need to master the Swedish language well in both speech and writing.

Great importance will be attached to personal qualities. We are looking for someone who is flexible, engaged, responsible, and has good teamwork skills.
